ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Kvinder I Bestyrelser (KIB) is a memberbased advanced development programme aimed at female leaders and boardmembers. The organisation has been founded to optimize society’s use of resources and increase the number of potential candidates for leadership and boards.
The concept is based upon Leadership Through Boards® – a strategic approach to operations through hands-on activities at boards with or without juridical and economical rssponsibility (advisory board). I most cases KIB can offer each member a position at a board within three months.
The development programme shall support further career progress in four ways:
1. Personal Branding 2. Political Games
3. Building Relations 4. Pitch for further positions
THREE KINDS OF MEMBERSHIP
Members are placed in three kinds of suites: Accelerate for middle management, Chief for top management og Board for CEOs with board experience. The suites meet five times a year – as a board – and the focus issues are delt with according to the circle calender.
20 EXPERIENCED ADVISORS
Each member can spend up to fopur sessions a year with KIBs selection of 20 experienced advisors with specialities in leadership, boards, finance and economy, branding, headhunting, performance, pitch, sutainability and mind building.
PROMOTING WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP AND BOARDS
The common goal for all members are to optimize the use of own potential – and as a common mission generally to promote women in leadership and boards based on ”I can do it”.
