LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT AND RELATIONS
To establish learning, development and relations for Non Executive Director candidates and women in middle and upper management a number of meetings are held in the different suites with external lecturers and on top conferences. Focus is the core competences in the match between leadership and hands-on board work. The goal is to promote women in leadership and boards through the development programme Leadership Through Boards®.

The programme is designed at the different management levels to increase skills in: Personal branding – how to make yourself visible in a professional context
Political games – how to make your point of view burn through at management and board meetings.
Relations – how to gain access to the right people head on instead of wasting time in a number of networks.
Pitch – how to achieve the right positions in your further career.
ADVISORS AND SPECIAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT
All activities are supported by KIB’s professional advisors, who cover most competences and management areas.
Each member have a choise of four sessions among the advisors.
