MATCH 
Kvinder I Bestyrelser matches board candidates and growth companies wishing for a board – as a rule of three persons.  
KIB recommends to start with an advisory board – without juridic and economic responsibility – so the persons involved have a change to be aquainted. 
The match takes place after a pretest of the candidates’ board skills for the specific task. This is combined with insight in each company and their future need for strategic business expertise.

ASSESSMENT
When the board have been working for as year an assessment ogf the board member, the board and the management of the company will take place.
The purpose is to get a picture of the overall performance and the single board member’s contribution. This is of use for the further career in leadership and boards.
